KIRK Architecture est une agence portée par le design, basée dans les Pyrénées ariégeoises. Établi en 2021 par James Kirk, architecte inscrit aux ordres du Royaume-Uni et de la France, le studio s'appuie sur une expérience diversifiée incluant des projets culturels, des programmes résidentiels et commerciaux, ainsi que des projets d'enseignement d'envergure internationale, notamment la direction de campus universitaires de grande échelle. Ce parcours s'accompagne d'une expertise approfondie des modes de construction modernes et historiques, ainsi que des matériaux naturels et bas carbone.
Notre démarche est collaborative, réflexive et centrée sur les aspirations de nos clients. Kirk Architecture privilégie l'usage de matériaux à haute performance et à faible impact environnemental dans tous ses projets. En associant territoire, recherche et savoir-faire artisanal, l'agence conçoit une architecture contemporaine, écologiquement responsable et profondément ancrée dans son contexte physique.

KIRK Architecture is a design-led practice based in the Ariège Pyrenees in southern France. Established in 2021 by James Kirk, a registered architect in the UK and France, the practice offers a wide range of project experience across sectors, including arts and cultural projects; educational projects in the UK and internationally including leading large-scale educational campuses, and residential and commercial work. This background is combined with an extensive understanding of modern and historic construction approaches and deep knowledge of natural and low-carbon materials.
The approach is collaborative, reflective, and focused on the aspirations of the client. High-performance, low-impact materials are employed in all projects. By understanding construction techniques, landscapes and materials, Kirk Architecture offers contemporary architecture that is ecologically responsible and deeply rooted in its physical context.
